My career path in dental technology was significantly shaped by two individuals whose work, attitude, and way of thinking gave me a clear direction: Shahab Esfarjani and Otto Prandtner.

Shahab Esfarjani embodies the level of clinical precision, consistency, and reliability that defines high-quality dental technology. As an internationally active lecturer and dental technician who participates in courses, workshops, and professional symposia, he exemplifies a structured, detail-oriented approach to work at the highest level.

Through him, I learned that quality is non-negotiable. Every case requires attention to detail, discipline, and a clear understanding of aesthetics and function. He showed me what it means to work with responsibility, precision, and a long-term vision.

Otto Prandtner has shaped another, equally important aspect of my development. As a master dental technician, lecturer, and co-founder of a platform for advanced dental technology, he embodies the intellectual and conceptual side of this profession.

His work demonstrates that dental technology is not just a craft, but also involves analysis, communication, and an understanding of the patient as an individual. His philosophy of viewing teeth as part of a person's identity has permanently changed my approach.

Together, they have influenced not only how I work, but also how I think. One set the standard for me in terms of precision and execution, while the other broadened my perspective toward deeper understanding, responsibility, and continuous growth.

Her influence is a vital part of the foundation upon which I continue to build my career to this day.
